You’ll have a naturally flowing creek behind the home, a hot tub and fire pit nearby, a large flat yard, and a sunroom that gives you one of the best seats on the property. The home sits on a beautiful 6-acre property and is designed for guests who want something quieter, more private, and a little more memorable than the average mountain stay. Start the morning with coffee in the sunroom while looking out toward the trees and creek. Spend the evening outside under the string lights, soaking in the hot tub, sitting around the gas fire pit, or simply listening to the water in the background. The layout is also one of the things that makes this home unique. The main-level king bedroom gives one part of the group a comfortable private space, while the second bedroom is located upstairs with separate exterior access, 2 full beds, a Roku Smart TV, and its own full bathroom. This setup works well for families, two couples, or guests who want a little extra separation without renting a much larger cabin. Inside, you’ll find a warm living area, a fully stocked kitchen, Roku Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 full bathrooms, and room for up to 8 guests. Outside, you’ll have the hot tub, gas fire pit, covered porch, grill, cornhole, life-size Connect 4, and a large grassy yard, which is surprisingly rare in the Smokies.
